We make ML based products that predict upcoming issues in complex applications running in cloud-native, serverless or host-based environments. Products handle very high volumes of streaming data, and perform complex learnings on structured and unstructured data in near real time. The ideal candidate should have passion for building products, solving problems, and building data pipeline.
Position Deliverables:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of UI/Front-End developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Identify skills gaps and provide coaching, training, and career development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure that UI components are consistent, responsive, and aligned with the design system and brand guidelines.
- Evaluate and recommend front-end frameworks, libraries, and tools to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with architects and other technical leaders to define the UI architecture and design patterns that ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices for the team to follow.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications into interactive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Coordinate with back-end teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data exchange between the front-end and back-end systems.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in front-end development, UI/UX design, and emerging technologies.
Requirement
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Must be familiar with Redis, Elasticsearch (hands-on experience is preferable)
- Hands on-experience with Domain modelling and detail level design of backend APIs
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS) and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and ability to work closely with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional interfaces.
- Understanding of browser-specific issues and experience in developing solutions for consistent cross-browser behavior.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) to manage development tasks, sprints, and project timelines.
- Proven ability to work closely with product managers, UX designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to align on project requirements and deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving UI issues, including performance bottlenecks, bugs, and cross-browser inconsistencies.
- Experience in defining and implementing scalable front-end architecture that supports modular development and reusable components.
- Knowledge of coding standards, best practices, and design patterns to ensure maintainable and scalable codebase.
- Knowledge of front-end build tools and automation systems for efficient development workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI for automated testing and deployment of front-end code.
