02. Prerequisites
User should meet following prerequisites before accessing HEAL user interface.
- Install HEAL application.
- Perform necessary configurations using Control Center.
- Set up SDM, and mark the services accordingly.
- Set up the workload agents (Java Agent, PSAgent, and VJLogger) to monitor requests. Clients can have their own workload agent, or a mechanism to send data to the Workload API.
