How Can We Help?

Service Dependency Map displays all services in scope, and the dependencies between them. There is one Service Map per organization which is either a separate geographical organization (for an MNC), or enterprise, a separate account for a multi-tenant service provider. Lines on SDM denote dependencies between services.

This option allows you to either access SDM or Applications.
Click Experience to view business transaction journey.
Click Signals to view problems and early warnings.
This indicates Log out. Click this icon to log out of HEAL application.
This drop down lists the account names which depict a HEAL tag that ties up all the Applications, Services, and its instances together for an enterprise or an Organization.
Entity sending request(s) to an entry level service.
Entry level service which receives request(s) directly from an external entity.
You can search for a service. Enter a specific service name or a partial name to search for.
Zoom to fit. Click the icon to fit the SDM in the page in case you had clicked on zoom in or zoom out.
Click this icon to refresh the screen.
You can drag the SDM layout and align it as per your need. Click this icon to save the alignment.
Click this icon to download SDM.png.
This displays Map Overview. You can move the SDM Map inside the screen. It indicates the percentage of the map visibility inside the screen.
Click this icon to zoom in the screen.
Click this icon to zoom out the screen.

heal_service, cache_service, and loadbalancer_service are the service layers. You can customize the icons for the service layers. You can add custom service layers.

To search for a service or services starting with a specific word, enter the search string in Search for Services box. It highlights all relevant services.

Hover over a service icon (circle) to highlight the incoming and outgoing connections of a specific service.

Hover over a service name to view the entire name of the service.
