Roles & Responsibilities

This role will work along with a Project Manager and other team members to implement HEAL Product for

Implementation:

✓ Develop a deep understanding of HEAL suite and its capabilities through training and hands-on experience.
✓ Understand & document client application landscape, infrastructure, requirements and translate them to specific monitoring requirements.
✓ Prepare plan, scope document, hands-on implementation, and configuration of HEAL to monitor and get sign-off from the client
✓ Ensure on time delivery of tasks and completion of HEAL implementation milestones

Sustenance:

✓ Get details of applications in scope, infrastructure outages, pain points, analyse the alerts/problems identified by HEAL to prepare a detailed Root Cause Analysis report
✓ Provide insights to Client on changes, enhancements required in their infrastructure based on analysis of HEAL alerts and fine tune HEAL configuration.
✓ Track the issues in HEAL and interface with HEAL support team support team for quick resolutions
✓ Manage the HEAL patches updates and upgrades on an ongoing basis
✓ Troubleshooting configuration/environment/application server issues.
✓ Lead regular meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
✓ Provide feedback to engineering and product management team to improve features of the product and packaging
✓ Conduct Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) review for in-scope applications with respective end users for long-term application health improvement
✓ During system related incidents or outages, proactively participate in issue troubleshooting call/meetings and assist in identifying root cause

Skill Requirements:-

  • Must have 4+ years of experience, preferably a part of it in the IT Management / Application Performance Management area.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 technologies experience in Oracle , MySQL, WebSphere Application Server, JBoss, OpenSearch, Docker, Apache, IHS server on AIX, Linux, and Windows Platforms.
  • Should have at least 3 years experience in one of the Unix-based operating systems – Linux, AIX, Solaris & HPUX
  • Must be able to independently write and troubleshoot scripts in Shell / Bash / Perl / SQL with Basic System Administrator skills (shell scripting/automation).
  • Should be able to create and run basic database SQL queries or Stored Procedures or Oracle Replication
  • Should have good application troubleshooting knowledge along with basic networking knowledge
  • Must be able to gather requirements from customers and translate them into clear SOW documents.
  • Experience in Windows Server operating system and administration skills is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to 1 or more of the following business domains (Must have had a client in any of the domains, in the career history): Banking / E-commerce / Manufacturing
