We make ML based products that predict upcoming issues in complex applications running in cloud-native, serverless or host-based environments. Products handle very high volumes of streaming data, and perform complex learnings on structured and unstructured data in near real time. The ideal candidate should have passion for building products, solving problems, and building data pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the Product’s solution suite and its capabilities through training and hands-on experience.
- Take responsibilities in the lifecycle of the client deployment process , understand customer’s requirements and translate them to specific monitoring requirements.
- Hands-on implementation and configuration of the product to monitor the client Applications & Infrastructure, ensuring on time deliverables. Troubleshooting configuration/environment/application server issues.
- Train client and internal monitoring team on features of the product and using it to proactively monitor performance in their environment as well as use the product to identify bottlenecks as needed
- Provide feedback to the engineering and product management team to improve the features of the product and packaging
Requirement
- Must have 4+ years of experience, preferably a part of it in the IT Management / Application Performance Management area.
- Must have a minimum of 5 technologies experience in Oracle , MySQL, WebSphere Application Server, JBoss, Kubernetes, OpenSearch, Docker, Apache, IHS server on AIX, Linux, and Windows Platforms.
- Should have at least 3 years experience in one of the Unix-based operating systems – Linux, AIX, Solaris & HPUX
- Must be able to independently write and troubleshoot scripts in Shell / Bash / Perl / SQL
- Should be able to create and run basic database SQL queries or Stored Procedures or Oracle
- Should have good application troubleshooting knowledge along with basic networking knowledge.
- Must be able to gather requirements from customers and translate them into clear SOW documents.
- Basic System Administrator skills (shell scripting/automation).
- Experience in Windows Server operating system and administration skills is an added advantage.
- Exposure to 1 or more of the following business domains (Must have had a client in any of the domains, in the career history): Banking / E-commerce / Manufacturing
- Good communication skills.
